A new girl joined the office yesterday. It’s in our Design Department, Since it was the first day..she came to the side and sat down to understand the work. On the side seat and After understanding a little bit, she started asking a question. Quite clearly .., If you don’t mind What is your salary?
I was like a stunned statue for a moment. The first day .. where did it start now and such a question ..!
In fact, if there was a boy, there would be no question to ask .. but the question now was about the prestige and the post he had ..
What does it mean to tell a newcomer your salary on the first day? Questions began to arise.
I remember the boss of my previous company. That is to say,
Girls should never ask the ‘salary’ of boys and boys should never ask the age of girls.
I smiled so much in front of her and remained silent. For a moment ..
But she did not seem to be satisfied.
Then in the end I just said it straight away. Saying what is going to happen … telling .. This is so..something..
She must have been glad to hear that.
I, however, remained faithful to that word. Her age was not asked.
